Job Descriptions:
Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers.
Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers.
MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends, Public Holidays.
Only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
