Technician (Melaka - Melaka)
Responsibilities:
Test Technician:
Work on Tester PM, tester boards PM and tester/test plate downtime improvement.Collaborate with line maintenance to reduce the setup downtime.
Facility Technician:
Monitor and maintain mechanical plant/HVAC system/LV Electrical system.Conduct PM for compressors, dryers, cooling tower, vacuum pumps, scrubber and gas plant, ORConduct PM for AHU, PCW pumps, split units, FFU, exhaust blower and cooling tower, ORConduct PM for capacitor bank panel, electrical DBs, 415V switchboards, LV transformers and DC battery bank.Support mechanical OR aircond hook up/installation of internal equipment relocation and upgrading projects. Conduct monthly fire alarm testing and flowswitch testing for fire alarm system.Support shutdown activities such as close/open shop of facility equipments.
Requirements:
Test Technician (10 vacancies):
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering/Environmental/Facility and related field.Experience in manufacturing/Semiconductor.Experience in test circuit board repair, knowledgable in ATE such as ETS, Teradyne or LTX tester maintenance.Good basic electronics and circuit analysis skills.
Facility Technician (4 vacancies):
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering and related field.Candidates who are registered AO Chargeman with Suruhanjaya Tenaga will be an added advantage. Experience in compressor, vaccum system, gases system, scrubber system, aircond and heat exhaust, ventilation system or electrical systems.
General requirements:
Positive work attitude. Applicants must be prepared to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.Full-Time position available.Required language(s): English, Bahasa MalaysiaApplicants must be willing to work in Melaka.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
