Building Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - The Mines, Sg Besi)

Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of the common property and facilities of buildings and the surround of the premises. Responsible for the civil, architectural, cleaning services and landscaping scope of the maintenance contract. Responsible for the supervision of work for maintenance staff and service contractors and ensure that they comply with requirements. Monitor and conduct inspection on owner/tenant renovation works to comply with approved plans and requirements. Monitor and ensure all ISO procedures are adhered to by subordinates. To assist in monitoring of soft landscape up-keeping work. To conduct inspections on tenants' premises before and after moving in and out. To update spare parts and tools inventory list regularly and arrange to replenish when inadequate

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Building Maintenance or equivalent Required skill(s): Building And Facilities Management, civil, cleaning services, landscaping. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in The Mines,Sg Besi. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Full-Time positions available.
