·Provide on-site support for installation, configuration, updating, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
·Performs general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
·Operate within customer standard Operating Procedures.
·Perform work in compliance within specified warranty requirements.
·Safely package equipment for branches and arrange for the transport of the equipment.
·Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot and restore to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network.
·Manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately.
Requirements:
·Diploma/ Degree holder in IT related subject with a minimum of 1 year in IT field experience
·Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, for both spoken and written
·Strong knowledge in Hardware
·Certified with Comptia A+, Server+ or Microsoft MCSA certificate is preferable
·Formal Dell Enterprise Level 2 is preferable
·Willing to work overtime and on standby
·Open for Malaysian citizen only.
·Possess own transport is a MUST
