SPM / Diploma / Degree with 2 years working experience in call centre field. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage. Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers. MUST be able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Full professional training will be provided to successful applicants. Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and open to MALAYSIAN citizen only. Applicants must be able to work for 6 months contract (subject to be converted into permanent based on performance)
