Job Descriptions:

• Proactively source new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails to customers.
• Track and manage call performance against target to ensure campaign target are exceeded.
• Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer’s complaints related problems to meet their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years of working experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Call Centre.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken & written.
• Possess good negotiation skills and probing in handling customers.
• Self-motivated, target driven with a positive working attitude.
• MUST be able to work on rotational shifts & weekends, following an international country Public Holidays.
• Willing to work at Petaling Jaya & only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
