Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to assist customer on their enquiries and complaint with utmost professionalism.
- Process transactions accurately and respond to customers request efficiently.
- Ensure organization’ service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 1 years of working experience in customer service field.
- Credit in English and Mathematic subjects in SPM is a MUST.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English.
- Pleasant personality and enjoy assisting and interacting with customers.
- Possess own transport.
- Open for Malaysian citizen or Malaysian Permanent Residence (PR) Only.
- Must be able to work on rotating shift.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Salary :
RM 2300 - RM 3200 + Allowances
