Menara Hap Seng Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad (26877-W), a progressive and well-established public listed Company with diversified businesses in plantations, property investment and development, credit financing, trading of fertilizers, automotive, building materials and petroleum, as well as stone quarries.

We invite suitable Malaysian citizen for the following vacancies :
SENIOR HANDYMAN / SENIOR PLUMBER / CHARGEMAN / WIREMAN
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

The above candidates are required to assist in building maintenance matters in respect of mechanical and electrical, plumbing, carpentry and handy work.

Requirements:

Certificate / Diploma in plumbing, carpentry and handy work
Related working experience in building / facilities management / maintenance, particularly in M&E including Fire Fighting System, PA System, CCTV System etc and able to carry out electrical 3 phases wiring Willing to work long hours, night shifts/weekends/public holidays
